Hand curated materials: This home is a curated collection of hand selected materials designed to create an attractive and cohesively designed interior and exterior. Similarly, variations in design, color, shading, distinctive markings, shape, glaze and polish will occur (due to nature or the manufacturing process) in all hard surface materials and grout. Accordingly, uniformity in these and other finishes cannot be guaranteed. Color, shading or distinctive markings may occur which contributes to the beauty and individuality of this bespoke home. Should you wish to select a different material for a given space, an appointment with our contracted designer is required at a rate of $200 per hour. Material availability: We strive to supply consistent standard materials, appliances and hardware. Unfortunately, in the current climate, supplies and materials can go on back order or out of stock without advanced notice. Should an item or material need to be replaced due to unavailability, we will do so with a product equal to or better than the original at our discretion. Some features may naturally vary. As a result, specifications, plans and options are subject to change. These changes are oftentimes outside of our control. We reserve the right to make changes without notice.
